How does the payment work?
We accept Visa card, Master card or PayPal
Transactions effected on Rockglam are rendered secure by the Ogone payment system (www.ogone.com). All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using the SSL protocol. These data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties, and are not kept on our computer systems either.
In which countries do you ship?
We ship nearly worldwide (USA, Canada, Europe, Australia.. etc.) with Deutsche Post priority Airmail, USPS, Canadapost etc.
Buyers outside of the European Union:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or the shipping cost.
Please check with your country's Customs Office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Shipping cost is 7.15 USD.
Orders will be received within 6-8 working days from the dispatch date. Please note this excludes weekends and Bank holidays. Please note that orders can take up to 15 working days in some instances, depending on location. Delivery will vary according to the speed of the local postal services.
What is you refund policy?
If you need to return a product, please send it back to us in original condition within SEVEN days after you receive it. Please also enclose your original invoice or your order number. Returned items without order number are not refundable. Please be kindly advised that postage and packing charge is not refundable.
Damaged or missing product claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
